Weathering the Storm: Resilience in Action

Hurricane Milton recently tested the strength of our Florida home, lovingly called Fitzy South. While we faced minor damage, like lost screens and shingles, many of our neighbors in Manatee and Sarasota counties weren’t as lucky. It’s heartwarming to see our community come together—restaurants and shops reopening, and neighbors helping neighbors.

"The beaches will come back, and so will we. It’s a testament to the power of community and resilience," I shared.

Finding Connection: Sassy Sisters Networking Social

I attended my first in-person Sassy Sisters Networking Social since the storm at Fin & Tonic, a local gem near Siesta Key. This group of incredible women is supportive, strong, and inspiring.

"When women come together to support each other, we’re unstoppable," I said.
